Absolutely true! The situation reminded me when the Michigan housewife, made a public spectacle about the television series Married With Children. Instead of turning the channel or just ignoring the program, she wrote letters, went on television and engaged in all sorts of public attacks Prior to this point, the programs had a cult following and was mid level in the ratings Not near cancellation, but was certialy not a top 10 or 20 program.
Guess what?! Due to her histrionic and maniacal antics, the series valuted into the top 10. The actors received significant raises! The writers and producers signed mega deals and the series was granted early syndication! In fact,the progam stayed on for 11 years. That is one of the longest durations for any television program. Happy Days, The Jeffersons, The Simpsons, Facts of Life, Grey's Anatomy, ER are some of the few that I recall that had such a long tenure. As we saw, stupidity can cost the recipient dearly while handsomely rewarding their targets!
sadly disappointed the judge said no more than he did. i do believe he's racist. would have loved it if they were charged, tried, and convicted. Fortunately the jury gave the correct verdict. that's america. white govt that needs to be decentralized imo &replaced with groups who want to govern themselves replacing state & federal govts.
